It's been a busy week between the holidays and Allie's birthday. Here are some photos from the past week. You will notice that in every birthday picture Allie is holding her balloons. I think she fell asleep holding them! I had to work that evening so dinner got started a little late. Allie was nodding off during dinner but bounced back for the cake and presents. Tommy had a great time and loved sharing the balloons with Allie. Most of the time Allie obliged. 
This picture makes me laugh every time I see it. Sammy seems to have a little cheese stuck in his teeth. Nice, huh?
I can't believe how big Matt and Pete are getting. They are our little men of the house now.
Eating cake while holding balloons is tough but Allie managed. Below is Allie enjoying a cooking set from her Grandma while, of course, holding her balloons!
These next pictures are from New Years Eve. We had a family buffet for dinner and then the big guys camped out downstairs and waited for midnight. 
Here are the big guys camping out and looking drowsy. Sammy made it to about 11:15. It looked like Matty was going to fall asleep around 11:50 but he pulled through and made it to the ball drop. I think Pete stayed up until 3:30 am with Bobby. They watched movies and did "man stuff". I went to bed upstairs at 12:30. We sure know how to party!

My kids love ballons too! Caden does exactly what Allie does, just holds onto them forever...the boys like to play "volleyball" with them in the house & they'll do that for days, until the ballon shrivels up. Very cute pictures.
Myles lasted until the ball drop, I was hangin' on...we all went to sleep right after. 3:30?!? That's crazy.
i was struggling to stay up until 12. i could not believe they were up until 3:30... i agree that is crazy.
